Refurbished Club Cars

What does "Refurbished" mean? We take a used 2005 or 2006 Club Car golf cart, strip it down to the bare frame and drive train. We then test the motor, controller, solenoid, forward and reverse for proper function; then place new Trojan^® T-875 batteries, cables and wires, place a new molded body (choose from 5 different colors), new rear seat kit (white or buff), new top (white or buff), lights, horn, fold-down windshield, charge meter, privacy key, tires, hubcaps, pinstripe, and mirror. Basically, the only original portion of the car is the frame and drive train. You can then choose from a wide variety of accessories to personalize your new golf car. We have a large selection of beautiful enclosures that will greatly enhance your golf car. Each enclosure is ordered and made to your specifications. Our enclosures are placed on the golf car by a specially designed rail system for easy and convenient removal, are made of Sunbrella™ fabric, custom made for $395.00, which includes installation and rails.
